I am a PMP-certified Senior Director and Executive Leader with over 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning Telecommunications, MVNO operations, SaaS implementation, regulated iGaming, Retail, software development, and global BPO environments.
What makes my profile distinctive is the breadth of simultaneous mandates I've held at director level, combining enterprise Programme & Portfolio Management, Group-wide Procurement, and Asset Governance under a single strategic leadership role. All three functions have been built from scratch under my leadership.
I lead cross-functional teams of up to 50 people across PMO, Development, DevOps, QA, BA, Agile delivery, offshore teams, and third-party vendors, spanning UK/Europe, USA/Canada, Middle East/Africa, and Asia Pacific. I design the governance frameworks, OKR and KPI structures, and delivery operating models that keep complex organisations aligned and performing.
I have been a fully remote executive leader for 7–10 years. Not a recent adaptation, an established, proven working model. I build distributed teams that deliver without physical co-location, run asynchronous governance across time zones, and keep C-suite stakeholders informed through reporting frameworks that work in a remote-first world.
Currently, I am also hands-on in building AI-powered internal SaaS tools and workflow automation systems using Claude AI, VS Code, Supabase, and GitHub, bridging the gap between executive strategy and technical delivery in ways that are rare at the director level.
