Hi, I’m Callie.

Here’s the thing — I have a wide range of interests, from business, project management, and technology, to teaching, public speaking, and career architecture. At heart, I’m an inquisitive learner with a deep love of reading and a belief that no knowledge or experience is ever wasted — whether it’s brilliant, difficult, or somewhere in between.

I’m passionate about learning and development — for myself and for others. Helping people build meaningful, values-led careers is part of my personal mission. I believe in the power of intentional growth, and I bring that same energy into every role I play — as a mentor, team leader, or coach.

Creativity, focus, and a good sense of humour guide me in both life and work — and yes, I do love my Post-it notes. I manage my professional world with Kanban boards, bullet journals, and colour-coded pens (and maybe one or two for family life as well).

You’ll often find me down a rabbit hole of “Did you know?” facts — for instance, did you know the 1939 novel Gadsby is the longest book ever written without using the letter ‘e’? Fascinating! I’m an avid reader with an eclectic taste — I love history, natural medicine, science, and technology, and I even enjoy brushing up on maths equations (though I wouldn’t claim to recall them on the spot). For balance, I’m always up for a gripping action novel from the likes of Lee Child, Patricia Cornwell, or Kathy Reichs.

Professionally, I’ve had the honour of working across 10 countries, partnering with brilliant minds across diverse industries, and delivering complex, high-impact projects using cutting-edge technologies. I’ve led high-performing teams, delivered impactful projects, and been invited to speak at international webinars — all while forging incredible friendships and staying curious every step of the way.

Also, I’m a mum, a wife, a coffee enthusiast, a hopeless cook, and someone who truly believes in the transformative power of learning — at any age, and at any stage.
